New Patients
Starting care at a new clinic can feel like a big step. You're dealing with pain that's limiting your life, and you're hoping someone can actually figure out what's wrong. We get it.
Our new patient process starts with a comprehensive evaluation, no long-term commitment required. You'll get a full assessment so you finally understand what's causing your pain. Day 1 is all about getting answers, and Day 2 is when we review everything we found and discuss your options moving forward. Many patients tell us they wish they'd come in sooner just to get clarity on what was actually happening in their body.
New Patient Consultation
Comprehensive evaluation + initial treatment.
Your First Two Visits
Day 1: Comprehensive Evaluation (50 minutes)
Your first visit is all about understanding what's happening in your body. Dr. Haley or Dr. Westin will take you through a detailed health history, physical examination, and functional movement screening. We test your spine and your extremities including shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. We watch how you move, find compensation patterns, and identify what's actually causing your pain instead of just treating where it hurts.

Most patients get some initial treatment at the end of Day 1 if it's appropriate. Nothing aggressive, just enough to start the process and give you some relief while we finalize your options.

Day 2: Report of Findings & Your Options
Day 2 is when everything comes together. We review exactly what we found, explain what's causing your problem in terms that make sense, and discuss your options moving forward. If a treatment plan makes sense for you, we'll walk you through what that looks like including how often you'd come in, what techniques we'd use, and what your timeline would be. Most plans run about 12 weeks with frequency decreasing as you improve.

There's no pressure to commit to anything. You'll have all the information you need to make the right decision for yourself. If treatment is a good fit, we'll set up your exercise program in our app since every plan includes corrective exercises to help you build long-term results.

What Makes Us Different
We run a low-volume practice where you get 30-55 minutes per visit. Our comprehensive evaluations look at your whole body, and we adjust extremities along with your spine. Every treatment plan includes corrective exercise through our app because that's how you build long-term results, and we provide clear timelines from day one so you know exactly what to expect.

For many patients, we're the last option before they either give up or consider surgery. We're not anti-surgery, but most people find they don't need it once we address the actual mechanical problems causing their pain. Since opening in March 2025, we've earned 40+ Five-Star Google Reviews from people who finally got results after trying everything else.
